TITLE: General Education Provisions Act reports

DESCRIPTION: The General Education Provisions Act (GEPA, P.L_90-247), as amended, requires that state agencies which administer certain applicable U.S._Department of Education programs provide annual reports to the Secretary of Education. These are the reports, which include a list of all grants and contracts made by the state agency with local agencies, amount of funds which were available to the state, and the appropriations which authorized those funds.
