DESCRIPTION: This series contains the forms or letters which disclose the involvement of members of the Board of Business and Economic Development in business with the State of Utah. They are maintained in order to comply with the requirements of the Utah Public Officers' and Employees' Ethics Act [UCA 67-16-1 et seq. (1994)]. The records include the name of the board member, home address, any firms which the member is assisting in their dealings with the state, and any firms which do business with the state for which a member is an officer. Miscellaneous related correspondence may also be included.
