DESCRIPTION: These files contain records monitoring burglar alarms of businesses and residences. The files contain related correspondence; statistical information; and a form containing the name of the business or residence, address, phone number; name of alarm company; permit number; and the following information for each alarm ring: date, time of day, day of week, NCIC code, case number, and remarks. They are used to stop unnecessary police response.
