DESCRIPTION: These are the minutes of the above council, established under Section 1524 of the Public Health Service Act. The purpose of the council is to advise the state health planning and development agency; to review the health system plans and annual implementation plans of each health system agency in a health service area; to prepare, review, and revise the state health plan; and to review the budget of each health system agency. These minutes include the date and time of the meeting, the place of the meeting, the members present, the topics discussed, and any decisions reached.
