DESCRIPTION: This is a complete history of the transactions involved with each dealer license issued. This is used as an administrative tool by the division to answer inquiries more efficiently and to reduce the paperwork burden. This record includes the dealer license number, the date of any transaction, a description of the transaction, the effective date of the transaction, and the roll and frame number where the transaction documentation was filmed.
