DESCRIPTION: This is a record of project plans received for approval and used by the bureau to ensure that all necessary actions are taken timely. The record includes the name and number of the water system, the name of the project, the date the plans were received, the file number of the plans, the date the review response is due, the date of approval, the name of the reviewing official, whether a fee is required, and, if so, the amount, the date the fee is billed and received, the date of the last construction inspection, the type of inspection (interim or final), and who conducted the inspection.
