DESCRIPTION: These documents contain student attendance information for in-service classes. Attendance is tracked through class rolls or applications for training credit. Information includes: course title, date and time of course; location of training, instructor's name and social security number; student's name, student's social security number and signature. Information from the attendance rolls is entered into the individual student's training record, series 17186.
