DESCRIPTION: These records are video tapes of incidents at the Utah State Prison. They contain video taped sequences of various occurrences at the prison. The videos are mainly taken to protect officers and other prison employees against charges of brutality or property damage. The video is able to capture events that may become confused in memory.
