ARRANGEMENT: Numerical by APPX assigned series number.
DESCRIPTION: Series inventories specifically identify the contents of each processed record series held by the Utah State Archives. The series inventory is the main finding aid used in the Research Center and provides the following information about a record series: Creating agency, series title, creation and ending dates, total volume, series description, records arrangement; related records, by series title and number, research notes, access restrictions, processing notes, and a container list. Some inventories may also include indexes to the series created by the Archives.
The paper format of this series is kept in red binders in the Archives Research Center. A second format is available via the Archives web page, and a third format used for updating the paper format is kept in a WordPerfect file.
