DESCRIPTION: These are records of individuals who have been chemically tested for suspicion of or arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. They usually include the chemical analysis reports which show subject, date, case number, time test taken, testing officer, instrument serial number, and test results (UCA 41-6a-515 (2005)). Usually these tests are part of the case file/ accident report and are filed by the case number. A copy is frequently attached to the arrestee's criminal history file.
