DESCRIPTION: These are agreements between the municipality and property owners allowing them to extend fences or plants (bushes and trees) within the municipal right of way. The municipality reserves the right to revoke the agreement and to require the property owner to remove the fences or plants upon request. The agreements include date, licensee's name and address, agreement terms, licensee's notarized signature, and signatures of the city council chair and city manager.

Destroy.
