DESCRIPTION: Regulated controlled substance distributors and purchasers are required to submit quarterly reports to the Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing regarding chemical precursors that are sold or purchased. These reports include purchaser names, their D.O.P.L. license numbers, and the chemicals being purchased. The Division, as well as law enforcement agencies, use the information collected to track users of controlled substance precursors. This information may be used in criminal or administrative legal action.
