TITLE: Children's Trust Fund annual reports

DESCRIPTION: The Children's Trust Fund was established in 1984. Revenue is created for the fund through a $3.00 surcharge for each certified copy of a birth certificate issued through the Department of Health, as well as through the sale of Heritage Birth Certificates. The Board of Family Services and the Division of Family Services with the advice of the Child Abuse and Neglect Advisory Council utilize these funds to implement child abuse and neglect prevention programs. The annual reports document the Children's Trust Fund Committee's yearly activities and future plans.
