DESCRIPTION: These reports are created by the Diagnostic Unit during the 60 to 90 day evaluation period between the guilty verdict and the sentencing for defendants found guilty in Utah Courts. They are court ordered as an addendum to the Pre-sentence Investigation (PSI). These reports integrate a psychological evaluation and present a sentencing recommendation to the courts. May contain raw psychological testing data, PSIs, court orders, police reports, diagnostic unit forms, diagnostic related evaluations and reports, offender photo, plephysmograph data and criminal histories provided by the Bureau of Criminal Identification. Information includes name of offender, and start and end dates of evaluation period.
