TITLE: Newborn radon gas test kit certificates

ARRANGEMENT: Chronological.

DESCRIPTION: These are certificates for radon gas test kits that are issued to the parents of newborn babies in the state of Utah. The certificates can be redeemed for test kits from the division of Radiation Control. Once a sample has been collected, the kits are returned to the Division for analysis. If the test results exceed the set standard for the presence of radon, follow-up from the division is performed. This program is administered in conjunction with the Environmental Protection Agency.
