DESCRIPTION: This series documents participation in the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) Training Program. Information is collected to determine eligibility of the applicant. Files may contain copies of the applicant's birth certificate, driver's license, social security number, financial records, education and training records, and information regarding the applicant's household. This program was previously known as the Job Partnership Training Act (JTPA) program.
