DESCRIPTION: This series contains escrow balance files for projects authorized and funded by the Permanent Community Impact Board. Division analysts use the records to track and reconcile escrow information from the time grants and loans are awarded until funds are expended. Information may include monthly escrow statements, requests for reimbursements, documentation for expenditures, correspondence, and copies of original disbursements.
