DESCRIPTION: This series contains detailed call histories for all LAN telephone lines assigned to state employees. The Department of Technology Services (DTS) is the telephone provider for the state system and thus is the only source of call information for state employees. These records are used to answer billing inquiries. Records include telephone numbers of all incoming and outgoing calls, date of call, length of call, and switch number information.
