DESCRIPTION: This is a card file which documents the signal controller setting for each signalized intersection. It is necessary for Traffic Control System parameter definitions and for reasons of liability. Includes: intersection location, date card completed, controller number, date installed, serial number, original date intersection signlized, length of time for each phase of red, green and amber lights, whether flashing operation, cycle length, and whether actuated, if so which streets and type of detection, and remarks.
