DESCRIPTION: These are the official minutes of the Pioneer Memorial Care Center's Board of Directors. In 1963, the board was created as the center's governing board, but in 1980 the board became strictly advisory. The files include agenda, minutes, and bylaws. The minutes contain date, time, place of meeting, names of directors present and absent, summary of proceedings indicating motions discussed, passed and failed, reports, finances, and time of adjournment.
