TITLE: Visitation reports

DESCRIPTION: These reports are created annually by the Parks and Recreation Division of the Department of Natural Resources to record the number of visitors to Utah's forty-four state parks showing park growth and activity and allowing comparative analysis among parks. Statistics are gathered at each of the parks by counter devices and personal surveys and the information is sent to the division office where the information is compiled and used by the division for budget purposes. It is also used by other agencies and made available to the public.
