DESCRIPTION: This annual computer report is created by the Accounting Department to show the results of operations of the maintenance and operation fund functions in order to prepare annual financial reports. The report includes the summarized data by object and is grouped by category. The report includes year-to-date summary account balances which are compared to budget with encumbrances and remaining budget listed. In 1991, the report was also placed on computer output microfilm.
