DESCRIPTION: These records are used to prepare for special operations. They consist of intelligence gathered beforehand. They are then issued to officers as orders, instructions, and important information immediately before an operation takes place. The original copy is kept in the office while copies are distributed to the officers who discard them after the operation ends.
