DESCRIPTION: These records are created by the Mail room to manage the delivery and receipt of business checks, government pensions, and refund checks. The records include copies of money instruments (which help to verify correct amounts, inmate name, or detect if any other error were made on the receipts), and log showing Inmate Fund officer's receipt of Inmate Accounting envelopes. The original money instruments are sent to the Inmate Accounting office.
