DESCRIPTION: Meat products that are sold in Utah must conform to Utah meat inspection rules. In order to insure this the producer must submit a copy of the sample, label and ingredient statement. These samples are tested to insure conformity. These files contain a copy of the label, ingredient statement, and letter of authorization to use the label.
