DESCRIPTION: These are the results of developmental and psychometric testing and counseling given to clients and families enrolled in the Neonatal Program. Copies of developmental/psychometric test results and clinical progress notes are kept in the patient chart. Test protocol and counseling notes are filed separately. This record series includes test materials, test results, progress notes and psychological analysis.
