DESCRIPTION: This is a six page report that summarizes data for the entire state of the activity in the clinics. It is produced monthly. This report includes the population characteristics of the individuals under age 21 including the number of individuals eligible for medicaid, the number eligible and accepting EPSDT services, the number of individuals receiving or scheduled to receive EPSDT services within the next 31 days, and the number contacted this month for dental services; service to eligible population under 21 this month including the number with screening claims paid or denied during the month, the number with problems identified during screening excluding dental, the number whose treatment was initiated for problems discovered as a result of screening excluding dental, the number referred to a dentist; the number with incomplete immunization, and the number enrolled in settings delivering care comparable to EPSDT; the number of problems that initiated treatment; the tests performed; the problems identified; immunizations identified; and expenditure information.
