TITLE: Asphalt production records

DESCRIPTION: These records consist of a daily computer printout and a daily log showing aggregate tonnage of asphalt produced at the city asphalt plant. The printout is received daily and the information is recorded in the log and the printout is then destroyed. They are used for budget purposes. They include: customer name, job location and supervisor, name of weighmaster, customer number, job number, truck number, amount, type and description of mix, and ingredient information.
