DESCRIPTION: This is a report of the contributions sent to the Social Security Administration twice a month. It serves as Finance's copy of the amount of these deposits. This report includes the employer identification number, the amount of reported wages by employer, the total FICA due from each employer, the amount they remitted, the amount their account is over or short, any penalty interest paid for late payments, and the total for all state contributions due the Social Security Administration for the reporting period the deposit was made.
