TITLE: Vehicle maintenance system summary reports

DESCRIPTION: This automated system produces two computer printouts which provide a record of each airport vehicle. They include a monthly Equipment Cost Summary and a Cost Data Report. They are used to monitor the use and maintenance of each vehicle, determine the cost of running vehicle and whether it should be replaced. The information is backed up every two weeks. These reports include equipment cost summary (vehicle unit number, fuel expense, oil expense, lube labor, outside charges, miles or hours, fuel miles per gallon, operating cost, maintenance cost, total cost, and town time) and cost and data report (several months' operating and maintenance costs for each type of equipment and includes same information at equipment cost summary).
