DESCRIPTION: These computer printouts project meter readings to determine the average winter consumption (November through March) and the sewer charges for the coming year. They are used for billing and auditing purposes. These printouts include account number, customer name, service address, sewer coding, average monthly usage on which charges are based, winter read date, sewer charges, and previous charges for comparisons.
