DESCRIPTION: These tests report the results obtained from testing backflow preventers as required by the procedures of the University of Southern California, Foundation of Cross Connection Control and Hydraulic Research Laboratory. These devises are installed in drinking water systems cross connections to ensure pollutants do not contaminate water systems. The results are maintained for repair or replacement purposes. These reports include maintenance, work performed, parts replaced, and repairs made.
