DESCRIPTION: This is an automated system of user defined values for all elements of system operation for traffic parameters. It is used to control traffic signals. System is backed up monthly on hard disk and tape. Includes: intersection names and identifiers, local signal controller type, minimum and maximum values, and cycles lengths.
